A mobile experience that lets homeowners easily track their construction progress, payments, and documents. The CMS 2.0 Mobile App simplifies complex workflows, progress updates, payment summaries, media galleries, and contract documents, into a clean and intuitive interface. I designed the full experience end-to-end, including dashboards, payment history, project summaries, galleries, and document previews. The result is a unified mobile system where users can monitor their project, manage finances, access documents, and get support from one place.
