RPM is a remote patient monitoring platform that enables doctors to track patients remotely in real time. The project focused on designing a clean and reliable dashboard experience where critical patient data can be quickly understood. Information hierarchy and visual prioritization were used to help doctors easily identify real time changes in patient status.
